Our shipping costs are based on weight and are carrier specific. You can get estimated shipping quotes once you add a product to your shopping cart and clicking on "view/edit cart" Enter your details. (country,state,postal code)


Please contact us for freight shipping quotes on large orders.


Cut Fabric Orders Ship within 24 hours! (Subject to Availability)  
Your order is important!  We are committed to shipping it to you within 24 hours of receiving it (excluding weekends and holidays.)


Large Orders & Rolled Goods take up to 3 business days to process before shipping. Please be sure to order your products in time to allow for the processing and delivery. 




Shipping transit times are calculated by business days (excludes weekends and holidays).

Tracking and Order Status:


We have recently integrated a shipment fulfillment software with our shopping cart. Most orders will generate an order status email with tracking for your convenience. However, due to the nature of how some orders are processed, tracking #'s and order statuses are not always automatically updated. These are typically larger orders.  Please allow 6 business days to call about the status of your order.






The Burlap Factory wants you to be 100% satisfied with the service and merchandise that we have provided. If you are unhappy with any product you receive from us, please feel free to return the item(s) within 30 days. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact our Problem Resolution Department at 1-800-704-6138 ext. 2  (if you have a damaged, incorrect or defective item) please contact our Problem Resolution Department as soon as possible. (Return freight on problem orders must be coordinated with a member of our Problem Resolution Team and cannot be refunded otherwise).


PLEASE NOTE: Once a product becomes WASHED/CUT or ALTERED in anyway it is not eligible for a return.

If we've made the mistake or the product is damaged in transit, we'll pay for the product's return. If you've made the mistake, you are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. 

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%


Freight shipping costs cannot be returned unless in our error.
